it's uppppppppppppp - Prompt #22 - over at The Creative Type!

this next prompt #22 over at the The Creative Type is a fun one. [well, i think ALL of them are fun] :] but we have taken inspiration from a very creative artist named Rob Ryan.

for those of you who are not quite sure who he is, be sure to check out his shop as well as his blog. he is an extremelyyyyy talented paper cutting artist. his pieces are really one of a kind, delicate and oh so intricate. i shared a previous post to some of my fav pieces of his work here.

for this prompt we want to see something YOU create inspired by his paper cuttings. of course we are looking along the lines of typography, but really use your imagination and have tons of fun!!!

PLUS we are giving away to 1 lucky winner his amazinggggg book entitled" This Is For You"

my take on the prompt was inspired by this piece of this piece of his art...

and here is my version...

[i had wayyyyyy too much fun on this one..Pink Paislee & Autumn Leaves stamped stamped letters in the heart and colored in with black Zig pen, lots of freehand doodling (branches, leaves, hearts, stars) on the edges of the page, stitching with red thread, Stampin' Up! definition stamps, what else......Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist (Cinder)...basically i let myself go & have fun! [oh, and that's my sweetie on the page]
