Inspiration Wednesday....lovin' Coach Poppy!!!

lately i've been lovin' Dolce & Gabbana Rose the One perfume
but
i discovered this GOTTA' HAVE fragrance from Coach and i'm in loveeeeeeeeeee
Coach Poppy

the packaging caught my eye
the doodling typography...coolness.

+ the fragrance is absolutely heaven! :)

it has that fruity floral with notes of cucumber flower, mandarin, freesia, jasmine, water lily, gardenia, crème brûlée accord, cedarwood, sandalwood, vanilla and whipped marshmallow.
(ok, i copied & pasted from the Coach website, but it smells just perfect for me)

Memory Works Ele.men.tary Blog Hop
ScrapNspire Give-a-way

FIRST OF ALL, you all TRULY made this BLOG HOP amazinggggggg!
i LOVED reading each & every one of your comments!
great fans like you made this all worthwhile & fun!! :)

i had several great memories of school but a couple i remember well was dressing up in a Winnie the Pooh costume made by my mom.  we had to dress up as a character from a book and this was my choice.
my costume even included a headband with ears & even the the red shirt.  i won an award for my costume and was so happy!!

another memory was, i don't know why, but my favorite book to check out from the library was Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory!  to this day, it's a classic movie for me, the ORIGINAL one, not the Johnny Depp one.  i absolutely LOVED that book!  i can't even count the number of times i checked it out (days wayyyyy before Kindle! *hehe*)
and i loved alllllll the Shel Silverstein books!

oh the great memories!!!

sooooo, how about that give-a-way??

so there were a total of 55 participants {there were posters twice & i removed any duplicate posts}
i numbered each poster 1-55.
i cranked out the Random Number Generator

and the winner is.............#40

Love what you did with this mini album. You're so creative. My most memorable school memory is playing "Power Rangers" in the 2nd grade. My friends and I would pretend we were the people on the show (I was the pink ranger) all during recess!

Inspiration Wednesday. In LOVE with Copic!!

this past weekend at the Red Carpet Scrapbook Convention here in Mobile, AL, i had the
wonderful pleasure to meet a licensed Copic instructor, Debra Dunn!
instant connection & she is such a sweetheart!!!
small world too that she is from my nearby hometown of Huntsville, AL.
well, i squeezed in between my class a quicky quick demo to play with them & the different nibs thanks to Debra, a sales rep for Copic & Advantus.
anyhoo, i was quite perplexed with all the rage in how wonderful & above they are over other markers.
to my amazement...i'm HOOKED & must start my stash of colors & marker tips that range from Sketch, Copic, Ciao, Wide and plus these markers are re-fillable plus the possibility to blend & shade with them!
these are FAR ABOVEEEEE your Crayola, Sharpie, etc...they are bright, vivid, true pigment,
plus, you can even airbrush with Copic!! :)
i've always had a huge fascination with Japanese comic books and to know
these markers originated in Japan and are used by art illustrators & Manga artists, i was even MORE hooked because of my love to draw!

i'm imagining all the options to explore in my projects with these & more so because they will go perfectly with my addiction of stamps, right?!!! :)
oh, what a beautiful combo!!

check out these cool samples using Copic...

you can read more about Copic here.
plus a great review of Copic on Craft Critique here.
